About

Greg Marler

I came to southwest Florida in 2005 after practicing law for 16 years in suburban Detroit, Michigan. I graduated from Wayne State University Law School with a Juris Doctor degree in 1989 and a Master of Laws in Corporate and Finance Law in 1997. My practice in Michigan was focused on business, finance, and real property law, which included estate planning, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate transactions.

My law firm exclusively practices estate planning, business succession planning, and probate and trust administration law. I help families and individuals with often difficult and complex estate planning issues by using plain language and exploring the simplest and most efficient solutions.

I also work with small and family-owned businesses to plan for transitions when key persons retire or leave.  I am committed to understanding my clients’ specific needs and spending the necessary time to educate clients so they can make informed, reasoned decisions.
